Privacy policy

Multioculus ("we") operates multioculus.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. The details you give us when you order or ask for a quote: name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses. We also keep your order history, and the store platform records technical data (device, browser, pages visited, cookies). Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.

Why. To process and ship orders, answer quotes and questions, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and, only if you opted in, to send you product news.

Who we share it with. Only those who help us serve you: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processors, the distributors and carriers who ship your order, and our accountants and legal advisers. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure how people find and use the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing email, by writing to sales@multioculus.com. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.

Retention. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
